From idea to fundable European project concept. Five days, 20 guided learning hours, real project development and a structured European Project Starter Package.

Project design first. Proposal writing comes later.

Participants work on a real organisational challenge and progressively turn it into a structured European project concept covering needs, target groups, evidence, EU relevance, objectives, partnership, activities, results, impact, resources and next steps.

DAY 01 / MONDAYCONCEPT

From Challenge to Evidence-Based Project Concept

Need, target group, evidence, European relevance, objectives, first partner logic and one-page concept v1.

DAY 02 / TUESDAYARCHITECTURE

From Concept to Project Architecture

Project logic, responsibilities, activities, work packages, timeline, results, outcomes, impact, indicators and risk.

DAY 03 / WEDNESDAYRESOURCES

Implementation, Resources and Smart Budgeting

Work packages, EU funding models, activity-resource logic, quality, budget simulation and preliminary mini-budget.

DAY 04 / THURSDAYINNOVATION LAB

From Activities to European Innovation

Innovation criteria, redesign for change, prototype/intervention testing, cross-country adaptation, pilot design and transferability.

DAY 05 / FRIDAYPROJECT CLINIC

Quality Review and Next Steps

Project clinic, programme-fit discussion, 3-minute pitch, future cooperation and a 30-day action plan.

The final package is intended to be coherent enough to support a partner discussion, call-screening exercise or later programme-specific application process.
